The house was built in 1954 and recently updated for opening as a hostel or private villa. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned common areas, terraces with views of the garden. Garage for two cars.
The Family Suite has a Double Room (Kingside bed) and a single room (two single beds, can become a Kingsize bed), they share a modern and spacious bathroom. Both rooms have a safe.
The double room has direct access to the covered terrace, for your exclusive use and to enjoy the views of the garden. Includes king bed, private bathroom, safe, 32-inch TV, direct access to the Garden and space for private enjoyment.

- On arrival we deliver a cell phone with a Cuban line for your contact in the national territory, with which if you wish you can acquire the data packages to be communicated whenever you need it.

All the common areas of the house are ready for you except the laundry, warehouse and outdoor kitchen which is the kitchen-office of the house.
