PROGRAM: City tour of the historic center with a guide and welcome cocktail (Canchánchara), and visit to a museum.  The canchánchara is an original cocktail from Cuba. The Plaza Mayor of Trinidad was the starting point of the restoration in the 80s, just before the city was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which significantly boosted its tourism.
