As of October 1^st, 2022, it is mandatory to correctly enter the driver's passport number. Special attention should be paid to this condition since it will be the passport number that will validate the client's identification at the rental office. If it is omitted or consigned incorrectly, the reservation would be canceled without responsibility for our agency.

Fuel:
Only the leaseholder is authorized to purchase fuel at service stations. Additional drivers are not permitted to do so.

Steps to book a car:

First select pick-up and drop-off dates and time. If drop-off time exceeds pick-up time, one more day will be charged.
Select pick-up location (you will see only the available pick-up locations for the selected dates)
Fill in the driver's data and press “Add to cart”.
4. You may proceed to check out or continue shopping.

Only one car can be rented for the same period of time, even if they are with different agencies. The agency is not responsible if the client arrives with multiple reservations. The first vehicle will be delivered, and there is no obligation to compensate the client.

Airport Pick-up Supplement
Reservations with pick-up at an international airport include the 20.00 USD airport supplement.

Driver Requirements

Minimum rental age without surcharge: 25 years old.
Drivers aged 21 to 24 and 71 to 75 must pay an additional surcharge equal to 50% of the insurance value.
Maximum rental age: 75 years old.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years.

Supplements

A one-way drop-off fee applies when returning the vehicle to a different rental office.
Additional driver: 3.00 USD per day.

Insurance

Car insurance is COMPULSORY for the client.

Important Information

The rental rate includes the airport pick-up supplement, when applicable.

The following charges are not included in the reservation price and must be paid directly at the rental office upon vehicle collection, preferably in cash, according to Transtur's current operating procedures:
