It is obligatory to present the printed voucher with the confirmation of the Tour.
The voucher will be sent in the following 48 - 72 working hours (it may take longer depending on the size of the circuit), if you do not receive it you must send us an email to info@booktocuba.com
Tours does not include international flights.
The hotels included in the tour are indicative, may vary depending on availability, the client can indicate an order of preference that will be taken into account when confirming the hotel of the circuit.
The price indicated is per room, which can be for 1 or 2 adults and children as indicated on the website.
All transfers, meals, and activities described in the "Details" tab where it says "Description" are included unless a supplement is indicated as "optional excursions" that is not included in the base price but can be hired.
Transfers and excursions of the circuits only stop at hotels, if you are confirmed stay in private accommodation will be scheduled the transfer to/from the hotel nearest to that accommodation.
Booktocuba is not responsible for the situation of the reserved hotels, however, we will process the relevant claims.
Children under 1.99 years are considered infants, older than 1.99 years under 11.99 years old are considered children and older than 11.99 years are considered adults.
Any incident or breach must be claimed "in situ" so that it can be solved. You must call the phones detailed in the voucher.
