General conditions for excursions

  • It is mandatory to present the printed voucher with the confirmation of the excursion.
  • The voucher will be sent in the next 48 - 72 business hours, if you do not receive it you must send us an email to info@booktocuba.com
  • The start time of the detailed tour on the web is indicative, the definitive time is the one that comes in the voucher with the confirmation.
  • Any incident or breach must be claimed "in situ" so that it can be solved. You must call the phones detailed in the voucher.
  • The bus may be delayed a little depending on the number of hotels for which it must go to pick up customers.
  • The excursion bus does not pick up in houses or private accommodations, you can select the hotel from the list nearest to your accommodation, it is not necessary that you stay in it.
  • If you do not stay at the selected hotel, it is essential that you indicate a telephone number where we can contact you in case of variations.
  • Some excursions require the delivery of a physical document by our representative on the Island. If you do not stay at the hotel marked it is mandatory that you provide us with an address and a telephone number where we can contact you to give you the document.   • Tours that operate with a minimum can be canceled by the provider for not meeting the minimum number of passengers required, Booktocuba will offer an alternative tour, an alternative day or will refund the total cost of your excursion.
  • Most excursions include guide service. You can select the language and we will try to confirm it.
