General conditions for domestic flights

  • It is mandatory to present the printed voucher with the flight confirmation.
  • The voucher will be sent in the next 48 - 72 business hours, if you do not receive it you must send us an email to info@booktocuba.com
  • The voucher of this flight will be changed for the ticket at the airport.
  • The availability of domestic flights is updated according to the parts of availability sent by the provider; however, this may vary. Once you have received the confirmation voucher, your reservation is 100% guaranteed.
  • It is mandatory to provide: Name, surnames, nationality and passport number to be able to confirm the flight.
  • It is the customer's obligation to call the number that is provided with the voucher of the flight confirmation the day before to reconfirm the departure time of the flight.
  • It is not possible to book domestic flights to connect with international flights. It is recommended a minimum of 24 hours between the national and international flights. The agency is not responsible for the loss of flight.
  • The departure time published on the website is indicative, the nation flights usually have variations in the departure time and some flights do not confirm the departure time until the previous day.
  • It is recommended to be in contact with your representative to guarantee a better service.
