The availability of the hotels is updated according to the parts of availability sent by the provider; however, this may vary. The purchase does not guarantee availability. Once you have received the confirmation voucher, your reservation is 100% guaranteed.
If the reserved Hotel has no availability, alternatives will be offered to you or the purchase will be refunded.
Booktocuba is not responsible for the situation of the reserved hotels, however, we will process the relevant claims.
To book a hotel on the web, you must mark the day of entry to the hotel on the calendar and the day of departure, the website will only charge the nights of stay, not the days.
Single rooms only admit one adult, doubles 2 adults, and triple 3 adults. Children are always based on the children's policy that is published in each type of room in each Hotel.
Children under 1.99 years old are considered infants, older than 2 years and under 11.99 years are considered children and over 11.99 years old are considered adults.
The prices indicated are per room, not per person.
