General conditions for insurance and tourist visas
The visa we offer is not valid for citizens or residents of the United States.
The Visa must be purchased at least one month in advance since the shipping service is carried out by an independent company "Correos España" and there must be a timeframe in case there is an incident and we need to send the visa again.
If the shipment is to Spain or Portugal it can be managed so you can receive it in 48 - 72 hours through the email info@booktocuba.com
In case of loss or incidence, BookToCuba will analyze each case individually and will not assume more than the cost of the visa and the shipment.
Chile does not have Urgent shipping, only normal certificate.

When you buy the insurance, you are hiring an independent service. Booktocuba does not act as an intermediary, nor is it responsible for it.
Booktocuba guarantees the obligatory basic insurance to travel to Cuba.
The insurance is valid only for residents in Europe.
