To book a hotel on the web you should consider the following items:
1- Children over 11.99 years old pay as adults.
2- Maximum occupancy of each room. Single room: 1 adult, double room: 2 adults and triple room: 3 adults. Children may be charged or not as indicated in the children's policy for each room.
3- You must select the day you want to enter the hotel and the day you want to leave the hotel. The website will charge for the nights you stay within those dates, so a reservation from day 1 to day 2 would be charged as 1 night.
4- Prices marked on the web are per room, not per person.
Steps to book a rental car:
1. First select the dates and time of collection and delivery. If the time of delivery exceeds the time of collection you will be charged one more rental day.
2. Select the pick-up place (you will see the rental offices available for the selected dates).
3. Fill in the driver's data and add to the shopping cart.
4. Make the request or continue buying.
The payment of the Release of Liability (INSURANCE) is MANDATORY for the customer and includes the following items:
- Damage to the car.
- Loss of the vehicle.
- Fire.
- Total or partial theft (except tires and stereo).
- Shock or rollover.
- Accidents, as long as:
a) The driver is a person authorized in the rental contract.
b) The driver is not under the influence of alcohol.
c) The driver has not consumed illegal drugs.
- Natural disasters.
- Damage to the property or injury to third parties that may be caused when driving a vehicle on public areas.
The insurance does not include:
- Theft of tires and/or audio equipment.
- Partial or total theft, accident or fire due to negligent action of the user, when tested by the competent authorities that he has been driving in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of illegal or similar drugs, or when the vehicle has been driven by an unauthorized driver.
- To pick up the car at the confirmed rental office the customer must bring the confirmation voucher printed.
- You must pay the warranty deposit specified in the “Details” tab. This deposit will be returned upon the delivery of the car as long as the requirements have been fulfilled.
- You must pay the first gas refueling at the rental office, 80 CUC approximately.
- In the case of picking up or dropping off the car in an international airport, you must pay a surcharge of 20 to 25 CUC.
- The car insurance, if not included in the price. (price insurance is indicated on the website)
It is possible that the rental office you are looking for is not available in the car category you are looking at.

SHARED TRANSFERS:
- Yes, you can book a collective transfer, even if you are not staying in a hotel.
- You must select the hotel closest to your accommodation or any hotel you prefer and wait for the bus in the lobby or at the entrance of the hotel at the time confirmed in the voucher.
EXCLUSIVE TRANSFERS:
- For private transfers you must also select the nearest hotel, but you can also write down in the "Remarks" tab the address where you want to be picked up. We will do our best to pick you up where you indicate. The confirmed option will appear in the confirmation voucher.
TRANSFERS FROM AIRPORTS:
- At the airport exit a representative from our local agency or from CUBATUR will be awaiting with the name of the client. He/she will indicate you the vehicle to get on.
- CUBATUR representatives usually wear yellow T-shirt.
- If you do not see the representative, head to the CUBATUR office at the airport with your voucher and they will take you to your vehicle.
- The waiting time for collective transfers is up to 2 hours after the arrival of the flight.
- If you do not contact the representative, or CUBATUR, please call the phone numbers listed on the Voucher.
TRANSFER FROM HOTEL TO HOTEL:
- The customer must be at the time indicated in the voucher at the selected pick-up hotel.
- The bus can take 30-45 minutes depending on the number of hotels to pick up customers from.
- The bus driver or the guide will have a list of customers, you must deliver the voucher to them.
- If the bus has not arrived at the estimated time, call the numbers indicated in the voucher. In case of problems with the transfer it must be managed "in situ".
TRANSFERS TO AIRPORTS:
- The customer must be at the time indicated in the voucher at the selected pick-up hotel.
- The bus can take 30-45 minutes depending on the number of hotels to pick up customers from.
- If the bus has not arrived at the estimated time, call the numbers indicated in the voucher. In case of problems with the transfer it must be managed "in situ".

The time that appears on the website is indicative and it is almost always correct, but the definitive time will appear in the voucher of confirmation.
- If you wish to modify your order you must send us an email to info@booktocuba.com with the details of the modification. Each modification case will be treated individually. If the change represents a refund for the customer and it is within 14 days prior to the service, it will be reimbursed within 72 hours. If the customer has to make an additional payment, a payment link will be sent with the corresponding amount, to make the payment through our website.
- If you want to cancel an order the following cancellation policy applies:
The client should just send an email with the name of the order holder, the order number and the services that he/she wishes to cancel, to the email: info@booktocuba.com
- We accept credit or debit cards from Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express.
- If a payment is denied in a first attempt, call your bank and confirm that you can make payments through our website (sometimes customers need authorization from the bank for payments to foreign merchants). Once confirmed with the bank, you can make a second attempt on the web. Sometimes, for security reasons, our web may block your payment transactions for 24 hours. If the 2nd attempt after talking to the bank is not processed either, you should wait 24 hours and then do the purchase.
If within 72 hours from the purchase you have not received the voucher for your reservation, please send us an email to info@booktocuba.com with your order number.
It is possible that the email address placed in the order is not correct or that the email has gone to Spam.
If you have received your voucher but you cannot open the attached document or it is not shown on the screen, please send us an email to send you the voucher on another format.
- A 5 kg hand bag and 20 kg of checked baggage.
- It is not recommended at all to connect international flights to these domestic flights. It is the customer's responsibility to book at least 24 hours in advance from one flight to another.
- Domestic flights are irregular, they usually change the departure time so neither the agency, nor the supplier, nor the airline will take any responsibility for missing international flights.
- If the flight is cancelled due to operational reasons, CUBATUR will relocate you on another flight or will transfer you overland. It is recommended that you call the voucher phone numbers for assistance in this situation. Claims will be handled by Booktocuba but we are not responsible for changes or cancellations made by the airline.
- If the client misses the flight by own negligence, we can help you manage another transfer or another flight, but the client must pay directly to the supplier.
- If the client misses the flight by negligence of the agency, the supplier or the airline; the responsible company will assume the necessary costs to take you to your destination.
FLIGHTS TO CAYO LARGO:
- Departure times for Havana-Cayo Largo flights (and return) are confirmed the day before, as they are charter flights.
- Clients must call the phone number that will be provided in the voucher with the flight confirmation. For the return flight you can call the same number or go to Cubatur office in Cayo Largo where they will confirm the departure time.
- The transfer will pick you up at the hotel about 3 hours before the flight departure.
IF THE CLIENT IS NOT STAYING AT THE SELECTED PICKUP HOTEL, HE/SHE MUST SEND ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE ACCOMMODATION STAYING AT.
FLIGHTS TO CAYO COCO & GUILLERMO:
- The time of departure indicated on the web may vary. The customer must call the phone number that will be provided in the voucher with the flight confirmation. For the return flight, you can call the same number or go to Cubatur office in Cayo Coco where they will confirm the departure time.
- The transfer will pick you up at the hotel about 3 hours before the flight departure.
IF THE CLIENT IS NOT STAYING AT THE SELECTED PICKUP HOTEL, HE/SHE MUST SEND ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE ACCOMMODATION STAYING AT.
OTHER FLIGHTS:
- According to itinerary posted on the web, but that may vary. You must always be aware of the e-mails that we may send. It is important that if you do not stay at the hotel selected on the website, you should inform us the address and telephone number where we can reach you in case of variations.
