As of October 1^st, 2022, it is mandatory to correctly enter the driver's passport number. Special attention should be paid to this condition since it will be the passport number that will validate the client's identification at the rental office. If it is omitted or consigned incorrectly, the reservation would be canceled without responsibility for our agency.

From next December 1, it will not be necessary for the client to deliver the printed voucher at the Transtur rental offices. It will be the passport that will identify the customer.

Requirements:

The minimum age established to rent a car, without any extra commission, is 25 years old.

For drivers between 21 to 24 and 71 to 75 years old, they will pay an additional fee consisting of 50% of the value of the insurance.

The maximum age established to rent a car is 75 years old.

Drivers must be over 21 years old with at least 2 years from having driver's license.

Supplements:

Drop off supplement will apply if leaving the car in another office different from pick up place.

The rate for an additional driver is 3.00 USD per day.

Car insurance is COMPULSORY for the client.
