Espiritu Santo villa is located right in the center of the Island and close to Lake Zaza, important tobacco areas and mountainous regions. The Yayabo Bridge, on the river of the same name, is the symbol of this city and from there you can see the old city and beautiful colonial houses. 

This comfortable colonial-style hotel, built between 1818 and 1827, took the form from the remains of the old house of the illustrious doctor of the city Rudesindo García Rijo who also gave name to the hotel. It has 16 standard rooms with air conditioning, bathroom, safe, facilities for the disabled, minibar, radio, room service, telephone, radio and cable TV.
