Le 33 camere con aria condizionata (quattro camere dispongono di piccoli balconi) sono ben arredate e tutte dotate di doccia privata e un televisore. Le strade che circondano il parco sono vietate al traffico veicolare per garantire un'atmosfera rilassata per i pedoni, con un paio di negozi, ristoranti, bar e persino un cinema nelle vicinanze.   L'hotel non conferma soggiorni inferiori a 5 notti dal 2 maggio al 21 maggio.
