HAVANA - LAS TERRAZAS - VIÑALES
Breakfast. Pick-up from the hotel. Departure to “Las Terrazas”, ecological project located in the “Sierra del Rosario”, declared by UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, enjoying the Cuban flora and fauna and the beauties of the place. Upon arrival, welcome to “Rancho Curujey”, with a welcome cocktail enlivened by a local group of traditional Cuban music. Explanation of the Social Project that takes place in this locality supported by illustrative images. Visit to the “Las Terrazas” Community, walk through “Callejón de la Moka” and tasting of a Creole coffee. Visit to “Buenavista” coffee bar, partially restored 19th century coffee farm. Lunch in one of the resort's restaurants. Visit the “San Juan” River with free time to enjoy a refreshing swim. Continuation of the trip to “Viñales”. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel. Night off.
VIÑALES
Breakfast at the hotel. Tour of the “Viñales Valley” declared a Cultural Landscape Protected by UNESCO and a National Monument. Visit to the “farm of a peasant”, to enjoy interactively all the stages through which this product passes, from the plantations, drying process, destemming and twisting of tobacco. Visit to the “Mural of Prehistory”, which represents one of the largest open pit paintings on the planet and recreates on the slope of a “mogote”, the evolution of the life of man and animals in this region of Cuba. Lunch at local restaurant. Then visit the Mirador de “Los Jazmines” where you can admire a spectacular view of the “Viñales Valley”. Visit to the “Indian Cave” with a boat ride along the river that runs inside (This visit is optional - not included). Accommodation and dinner at the hotel. Night off.
VIÑALES - SOROA - HAVANA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Havana. In transit, traveled through “Soroa” with visit to the Orchid Farm, which treasures the largest and most diverse collection of these specimens in Cuba, with about 130 native species and 700 from tropical and subtropical regions around the world. Visit to the 22m high “Soroa” Jump, considered one of the wonders of the Cuban geography. Lunch at a local restaurant. At the end, departure to Havana.
