The All Inclusive five star marina and beach resort, the Meliá Marina Varadero, is equipped with all the facilities to combine long stays in the hotel with life on board and designed for boat owners (yachts and sail boats), diving and fishing, meetings & events, families, weddings and honeymoons, plus Spa & Wellness. It is a complex of hotel buildings and fully equipped apartments with great services such as The Level service and Kids’ Club, providing unique and novel accommodation in Varadero. It also has a promenade with shops and a marina with 1,200 berths and 13 mooring pontoons.

The hotel specialises in groups and hosting events and incentives, and is located in an ecological reserve, covering a total surface area of 40,888 m²within the area of the Gaviota Varadero marina. Its rooms are distributed in a 7 storey hotel building and 4 or 5 storey condo buildings, all with lifts and overlooking the marina and the Punta Hicacos peninsula. The contemporary design and atmosphere makes allegorical references to the world of sailing and the sea.

The hotel has two lobbies with beautiful views of the marina, pools, bars, restaurants, convention centre, wedding gazebo and Spa, plus The Level service and Kids’ Club. The West Condo “Vistamares” area has studio type apartments and one and two bedroom apartments, reception and independent entrance, pool overlooking the marina and "Night-time fantasy" illumination, bar, gym, tennis court, pharmacy, mini market, launderette and parking.

The main pool, located in the hotel complex, is lagoon shaped with 2 different sections, 1 of which with 2m wet solarium. It is 1,409 m²and 0.00 to 1.30m deep with 2 double hydromassage showers measuring 10m²with capacity for 10 people
2 children’s pools: 1 circular splash pool measuring 16m²and 28 cm deep, located in the Kids’ Club area; and the other located in the Club House measuring 48m²and 30 cm deep, areas with sunshades, sunbeds, showers, life guard, towels and games
Exclusive pool on the second floor overlooking the marina. Located in the condo area. With Night-time Fantasy illumination (7 coloured leds),the first of its kind in Varadero. Recommended for adults. It is 266m2 and 1.10 m to 1.30 m deep, with steps, double shower, sunshades, sunbeds, life guard and pool bar

BEACHES

The beach can be reached via an elevated walkway 60m long (going over a road). Located 300 m from Meliá Marina Varadero, the beach is 200 m long, it has white sand and calm and shallow water, areas with sunshades and sunbeds, bar, life guard and towels in the hotel
